Cub Scout Pack 183 is a welcoming, family-oriented group based in Carney, MD, where kids of all genders in kindergarten through fifth grade get to have fun, make friends, and try new things. We believe learning should be hands-on, adventurous, and full of laughter.

Our Scouts enjoy camping, hikes, games, service projects, and pack meetings where we celebrate achievements and build confidence. Along the way, they learn teamwork, responsibility, and how to live out the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law—like doing their best and helping others.

Pack 183 is run by dedicated parent volunteers, and we see Scouting as a family activity. We meet regularly at Christus Victor Church on Harford Road, and parents and caregivers are encouraged to be involved—whether that’s helping at meetings, joining us on campouts, or cheering from the sidelines.

If your Scout loves being outdoors, learning new skills, or just having a great time with friends, Pack 183 might be a perfect fit. New families are always welcome—we’d love to scout alongside you!
