Pack 183 Weekly Update
Baltimore Area Council · Cub Scouts BSA
Week of October 26, 2026
Good Evening, Pack 183!
What a couple of weeks for Pack 183! Thank you to everyone who came out to Trunk-or-Treat — it was so great to see so many families dressed up and enjoying the season together. And our Fall Camping trip was a huge success, with an incredible turnout. Thank you all for participating, and for being so respectful of the grounds.
This Tuesday, October 27th, is our monthly Parent Meeting at 6:30 PM at Christus Victor. These meetings are where a lot of our planning happens, so please join us if you can.
A heads-up for your calendars: there will be no meeting at the church on Tuesday, November 10th, as the church is hosting another event that day. Please check with your den leader about whether your den will still meet off-site.
As we head into the heart of our fall season, we’re still encouraging everyone to chip in toward our Pinewood Derby Track Fund — see our progress and the donation link in the Fundraising section below.
As always, our website at Pack183Adventure.org has exclusive content for pack families including our photo gallery and newsletters. Use the password Reverent2026 to access members-only content.
Parents — join our pack’s parent Facebook group, Parents of Pack 183, to connect with other families and stay in the loop!

Fundraising & Finances
Camping Costs — Fall Camping & CamporeeIf your family attended Fall Camping or the WEBELO Camporee, here is your share to help cover our costs:
• Fall Camping — $7 per camper
• WEBELO Camporee — $10 per camper
| Please pay our Treasurer, Jon, by Zelle — scan the code, or send to Pack183Carney@gmail.com. Cash or check to Jon also works. Thank you! |
Pack DuesIt’s time to pay your pack dues for the year. If you have any questions about dues or how to pay, our Treasurer, Jon, and our Membership Coordinator, Corrie, are happy to help.
Pinewood Derby Track FundOur current track is over a decade old, and we’re overdue for a new one. We did the math: if every Cub’s family can manage $40, a new track is guaranteed. Please consider donating — and share the link with friends and family. Every contribution helps!
